The Family Apostolate

Special Christmas Edition:

The Christmas edition of the Family Apostolate magazine shares stories of hope and healing. You will be inspired by the warmth of God's tender love, even during the many difficulties of the current COVID crisis.

God speaks in the silence: The FA walked to feed the hungry in Africa during COVID. Get an inside glimpse of what made this charitable act such a joy.

How the light of my vocation shone in the darkness: Read the beautiful, heartwarming story of FA writer Meredith Rubeling and her entry into religious life during the lockdowns.

COVID19 the musings of a parish priest: Fr. Vin takes his readers through an insightful and touching walk through the lockdowns from a parish priest's experience.

God is still actively calling men to Himself through the ordained priesthood. There isn't a shortage of vocations, only a shortage of means to achieving it. The Seminarian Project is a program that assists Nigerian seminarians who can't afford their seminary expenses.

As a family-focused mission, the Family Apostolate fosters vocations to the priesthood through prayer, mentoring, and provisions of financial and material assistance for these men. Our Lord gave His disciples the Great Commission before He ascended into heaven, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the very end of the age." The Family Apostolate strives to fulfill this Great Commission by supporting seminarians to the priesthood.

Please help us to accomplish this great task from the Most High Priest Himself. You can either make a donation or adopt a seminarian. Specific details to be unveiled in the near future.

Advent Retreat Talks

Feedback from our Retreat

This retreat was very very good. I am amazed at how you were able to put it all together and present so much from so many perspectives. Every speaker was so good, and each one building on the thoughts from the previous one. Just beautiful! It has touched me in ways I'm not sure I can explain.  There is a definite relationship with Jesus and a feeling of hope that I did not have before this retreat. My spirit has been renewed. I am ever so grateful for all that the Family Apostolate does for us, especially in the midst of this storm.

We loved the Advent Retreat. The reflections were very good. Thank you to the Family Apostolate for organizing the retreat.

Helping Hands

What we do at

The Family Apostolate

The FA works with engaged and married couples. We provide resources and support to help couples achieve the marriage of their dreams. We provide

on-going retreats for the spiritual enrichment of both engaged and married couples.

The FA publishes a tri-annual magazine on important issues facing marriage and family life. We feature articles, interviews, and family-oriented stories to teach and evangelize.

The FA offers opportunities for retreats helping Catholics to step away from the busyness of life. Through adoration, prayer, reception of the sacraments, music, guided meditations, and fellowship, we provide sacred spaces for the purpose of reconnecting with God.

The FA fosters vocations to the priesthood through supporting African seminarians, assisting them in their financial and educational needs. We invite you to support this crucial project by sponsoring our Seminarian Project.
